1. Service description
Interveneo is a platform that connects independent contractors with homeowners seeking home services in the United States.
2. Contractor account
To use Interveneo Pro, you must be a licensed professional. By registering, you confirm that you hold the necessary licenses and insurance to operate in your state.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are purchased to accept job leads. Credits are non-refundable once a lead has been accepted. 1 lead = $25 credit deducted from your balance.
4. Lead acceptance
When you accept a lead, $25 is deducted from your balance. Interveneo does not guarantee that the client will confirm the job after your contact.
5. Account termination
Interveneo reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account deletion page.
